Equipment
All equipment will be supplied on loan by Regency Coffee. It will be installed and maintained at no charge to the customer.
Regency’s Platinum Service: This is a unique completely hands free coffee service. This service includes cleaning of the coffee machines and all thermoses changed or cleaned every coffee delivery. We also do a full replenishment of all the coffee related products, and all new products are put away and rotated to insure freshness. We will leave a spread sheet of the products that are left in each kitchen with the pending invoice at the time of delivery.
Regency’s Call in Service: This service is done by the client calling Regency and placing an order of what they would like delivered to their location. Our delivery person can put all new products away and rotate the stock to insure freshness or we can just drop it off for your staff to put away. All coffee equipment and all thermoses are changed or cleaned with every coffee delivery.
Regency’s We Call You Service: this service is done by Regency’s staff contacting you weekly or bi-weekly to see if you need any coffee or coffee related products. Our delivery person can put all new products away and rotate the stock to insure freshness or we can just drop it off for your staff to put away. All coffee equipment and all thermoses are changed or cleaned with every coffee delivery.
Installation of Coffee Equipment: All equipment we install with superior braided water line. Regency likes to use this water line because it decreases the chances of a water leak over copper or plastic water lines.
